The ecological literacy training, organized by the "Youth and Environment Working Group" within the Association, is an event planned to raise environmental awareness among young people, raise awareness on sustainability issues and train young leaders who can find solutions to global environmental problems. The 50 participants had the opportunity to learn about a wide range of environmental issues. Throughout the training process, interactive presentations, workshops and field visits were organized on topics such as sustainable use of natural resources, waste management, climate change, biodiversity conservation. Participants gained a deeper understanding of environmental issues through the information provided by expert speakers.
At the end of the training, participants came together in various projects and developed solutions to environmental problems. They also interacted with the community by organizing activities to raise awareness on environmental issues in the local community. The training aimed not only to sensitize young people to environmental issues, but also to equip them with the skills to lead on these issues and raise public awareness. This event took an important step by enabling young people to receive training on environmental issues, contributing to their becoming environmental leaders in the future.
